Pioneer Business Park is a large industrial park located around 2km outside of Ellesmere Port covering approximately 30 acres of land.

Our client was tenanting one of the units which was coming to an end. As a result, they required a Building Surveyor to ascertain what works were required under the terms of their lease. 

JBH inspected both the lease and the property to compile a schedule of items that were required to comply with the Lease. Together with our knowledge of construction costs, we produced a full Schedule of Dilapidations to enable our client to undertake reinstatement works.
